Dr. Hamilton completed his undergraduate studies in Electrical Engineering at Texas Tech University.  Then he attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School.  During medical school, he was drawn to Electrophysiology.  The significant impact on patients’ lives was rewarding.  The interesting and occasionally complex problem solving appealed to his engineering background.  Because of his interest in Electrophysiology, he chose to pursue post-graduate training at the University of Oklahoma.

His professional focus is patient care for those with arrhythmias.  He maintains a personal interest in signal analysis and instrumentation from his days as an Engineer.

Dr. Hamilton and his wife both grew up in Alamogordo, New Mexico, and they are thrilled to move their family to El Paso.
