Transition to HCA
Dear Valued Patient:
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you of an upcoming administrative change regarding our electrophysiology practice in Lubbock. Beginning November 1, Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) will assume administration of the clinic and associated billing services. As a result, you may notice HCA signage and billing on your medical statements moving forward.
Please rest assured that this transition will not affect the quality of care you receive. I will continue to be your electrophysiologist without any interruption, and our commitment to your heart health remains our highest priority. Our close relationship with the area’s cardiologists and Lubbock Heart Hospital will continue, and we look forward to maintaining this collaboration to deliver the highest level of electrophysiology care.
