Belissa Zamora has been dedicated to providing care for patients as a nurse practitioner in Electrophysiology (EP) since 2002. She commonly can be heard saying she is fascinated by the field of EP and that it is rewarding to care for the patients she encounters.

Belissa has lived in Austin, TX since 1978 and remained in the city for her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree, both attained at the University of Texas at Austin. She has continued to be a resource for the University of Texas as a preceptor for advanced practice nursing students during their training. She maintains memberships with the Heart Rhythm Society, Texas Nurse Practitioner Society, Austin Advanced Practice Nurses Association, and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
