Ben Oheim is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS). Ben attended The University of Texas where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development. During his undergraduate studies, he became interested in the areas of cardiology and electrophysiology while working as an EKG monitor tech on the cardiac unit at St. David’s Medical Center. He then attended graduate school at The University of Texas where he obtained a Master of Science in Nursing.

Prior to joining TCA, Ben worked as a board-certified Emergency Registered Nurse in the trauma ER at St. David’s in Round Rock. Ben is an active member of the National Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists. He enjoys finding the best taco places in Austin with his wife and playing music in the band at his church. As a CNS, he is dedicated to providing excellent and compassionate care to every patient he meets.
